Ingredients

2 cups

  • Organic dried chamomile blossoms2 tsp
  • Organic lavender buds · optional½ tsp
  • Raw honey · to taste, after steeping1 tsp

Method

    Warm a teapot with hot water, then empty it.

    Add chamomile and lavender.

    Pour just-off-boil water over the flowers. Cover so the volatile oils stay in the cup.

    Steep 6–8 minutes. Strain. Stir honey in once the tea is warm, not scalding.
