Ingredients

2 cups

  • Organic dried rosehips · lightly crushed1½ tbsp
  • Organic hibiscus petals1 tsp

Method

    Crush rosehips just enough to crack them open.

    Steep covered 8–12 minutes. Longer is more tart.

  3. 3

    Strain well. Serve hot, or chill and pour over ice.
