Rosehips are the fruit of the rose, dried after the petals fall. They brew into a coral cup that feels like a vitamin more than a perfume.

Ingredients
2 cups
- Organic dried rosehips · lightly crushed1½ tbsp
- Organic hibiscus petals1 tsp
Method

Crush rosehips just enough to crack them open.

Steep covered 8–12 minutes. Longer is more tart.

Strain well. Serve hot, or chill and pour over ice.
