Ingredients

4 cups

  • Organic hibiscus petals3 tbsp
  • Organic orange peel · dried1 tsp
  • Fresh orange wheelto serve

Method

    Steep hibiscus and peel in 1 litre of hot water for 8 minutes.

    Strain, cool, and refrigerate.

    Serve over ice with an orange wheel. A little honey if you want it softer.
