- Organic dried nettle leaf2 tbsp
- Organic peppermint½ tsp
Method

Use a generous handful — nettle wants a long, strong brew.

Steep at least 10–15 minutes, covered. Some herbalists leave it an hour.

Strain. The liquor should be deep green-gold.
