Garden sage makes a throat cup more than a sipping tea. Brew it strong, cool it, and gargle. Swallowing a little is traditional; making it a daily drink is not.

- Organic sage leaf1 tsp dried or 4 fresh leaves
- Raw honey1 tsp
Method

Steep 5–7 minutes. Cool until you can gargle.
