Meadowsweet smells like hay and almond. Traditional kitchens used it for a sour, uncomfortable stomach. It contains salicylates — treat it with the same respect as a willow cousin.

Steep covered 8 minutes, not a hard boil.

Strain. Drink after a meal if the chest burns.
